Pan Fried Potatoes with Bacon and Feta Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch sticks
  • 12 oz bacon

  • 2-3 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp pink salt, more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Bacon
