Jobber has a simple dashboard with all the necessary reports neatly arranged, clicking on these reports takes you to the full view of that particular report and then you get a sidebar dashboard from where you can see all other listed reports.
Housecall Pro has a dashboard similar to Jobber. It provides you with important summaries and allows you to go into detail once you click on the snapshots.
Both the software provides you with a guide, right from getting started to using more advanced features, a comprehensive help section with how-to articles, FAQs, and tutorial videos are also provided.
We read a couple of guides and saw that both are quite similar and super-easy to use. Both offer a comfortable and user-friendly platform that’s simple to learn and use.
Overall, we have to give Housecall Pro the nod here. Jobber has a minimal dashboard and limited data on the other hand Housecall Pro has a much valuable and rich dashboard and the various graphs on the dashboard make it much easier to get an overview of the business.
Which one is easier to deploy?
Cloud-based solutions are platform-independent which means you can access your company dashboard from any computer.
You can also install their mobile app on your iPhone or Android smartphone.
You can also integrate other apps like QuickBooks and Zapier on both Jobber and Housecall Pro.
Overall, both Jobber and Housecall Pro are easy to deploy.
Since Jobber and Housecall Pro are both cloud-based solutions you don’t have to install any heavy software on your computer, you can just use the web browser to access your dashboard and get started.

Many users have positive words to say about Jobbers’s support team. If you need help or have a question/technical issue, you can instantly join with a customer support specialist.

What about Housecall Pro’s customer service? Like Jobber, Housecall Pro offers great customer service. You can ask questions in their community section. You can also chat with the support team for any additional help.
Overall, both Jobber and HousecallPro offer great customer service, but Jobber has a lesser waiting time than Housecall Pro also, not to forget the Stevie® Award. Therefore, Jobber wins this round.

So for $29 USD/month (if you pay yearly) Jobber is the best value.
All in all, you can’t go wrong with a subscription to Jobber.
