Instructions

1. Prepare the Cottage Cheese Ranch Dressing

  • Blend the Ingredients: In a jar, combine 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon pickle juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry dill, 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Use an immersion blender (or a regular blender) to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Set the dressing aside.

2. Season and Cook the Chicken
