- 1 cup yellow corn (strained and rinsed)
- 1 cup black beans (strained and rinsed)

- 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
For the Sweet Creamy Chipotle Sauce:
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 2/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp TABASCO Chipotle Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Siete Foods Chamoy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
