Whether you’re creating a poster, writing a report, or drafting a letter, it’s important to know the pixel dimensions of your document so that it looks its best when you print it or share it online.

Although Google Docs has different page sizes available and displays the page size in inches and centimeters, it does not show the dimensions in pixels.

Google Doc Size in Pixels

The size of Google Docs in pixels for the default paper sizes Letter and A4 are 1700×2200 and 1656×2339, respectively.

How we calculated the size in pixels

To obtain the dimensions for various paper sizes, we started by creating a blank Google Docs document and selecting the “Letter” paper size.

Next, we downloaded the document in PDF format and used an online converter to convert it to PNG.

We then checked the image properties to determine its dimensions.

We repeated this process for each paper size and organized the data into a table format for easy reading.
